Who can join the affiliate program?
Anyone with an active Alterascape client account can apply to become an affiliate. There are no follower count requirements or traffic minimums — bloggers, developers, agencies, and YouTubers are all welcome.
What counts as a qualifying purchase?
Any new plan purchase by a customer who arrived through your referral link counts. This includes all shared hosting, WordPress, Drupal, VPS, and dedicated server plans. The commission is calculated on the purchase price at the time of the transaction.
Why is there a 60-day window before payout?
The 60-day window allows us to verify that the referred purchase is genuine and has not been refunded or charged back. After the window clears, the commission is released to your balance immediately.
Do I earn commissions on renewals?
The 50% commission applies to the initial purchase only. Recurring renewals by referred customers are not commissionable under the current program terms.
How do I track my referrals and earnings?
Your affiliate dashboard in the client portal shows real-time clicks, conversions, pending commissions, and cleared balances. You can see exactly where you stand at any point.
Is there a minimum balance required before I can withdraw?
Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply. The exact threshold is shown in your affiliate dashboard. Payouts are processed through the standard client portal payment methods.
